SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak, commonly known as Tetra, is a public senior high school located on Jl. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo, Sungai Jawi, Pontianak Kota, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Established on December 8, 1977, the school has achieved an 'A' accreditation status and offers two main academic tracks: Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) and Social Sciences (IPS). With a commitment to academic excellence and character development, Tetra provides a conducive learning environment supported by modern facilities and a variety of extracurricular activities.

SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak, widely known as "Tetra," is committed to fostering academic excellence, discipline, and character development. Established in 1977, the school offers two main study programs—Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) and Social Sciences (IPS)—aligned with Indonesia’s national education standards. Supported by 27 modern classrooms, fully equipped science and computer labs, a library, and diverse sports facilities, SMAN 4 provides an environment that supports both intellectual and personal growth. The campus also includes a mosque, health clinic (UKS), greenhouse, and eco-friendly spaces to promote student well-being and sustainability. Students are actively encouraged to join various extracurriculars such as OSIS, scouting, PMR, theater, sports, and environmental clubs. With the motto "Vidya Satya Dharmma" (Loyal in the Pursuit of Knowledge), SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak continues to prepare students to become future leaders, innovators, and responsible citizens.
